LIVE INTRAOPERATIVE ASSISTANCE

A specialist perspective.
Inside the surgical conversation.

Before the procedure

The participating teams review the clinical question, relevant imaging, patient-specific anatomy, and proposed plan. They agree how the remote specialist will join and which shared views are available.

During the operation

A shared operative camera or headset feed provides visual context. The remote neurosurgeon can discuss what the operating team is seeing, highlight a region in a shared view, and provide real-time verbal guidance. A neuroradiologist can contribute interpretation of relevant imaging.

Within the Mixed Reality workflow

In an equipped setting, shared anatomy and spatial annotations can be viewed through a compatible headset, including HoloLens 2. Team members can also follow the collaboration on physical displays. Available views depend on the connected equipment and agreed clinical workflow.

When experience meets artificial insight

Neurospace’s AI layer is designed to support multimodal synthesis, assisted segmentation, case preparation, and planning exploration. Specialists review model boundaries and outputs against the source information and clinical context.

The operating surgeon performs the procedure and retains control of operative decisions. AI and remote experts support clinical judgment.

Continuity of care

Insights, reviewed findings, and remaining questions return to the treating team’s discussion of follow-up and next steps.
